Our Story and Vision
Founded with a passion for change, Rise Up And Soar Community has been dedicated to empowering youth and fostering community growth since its inception. Our journey began with a small group of visionaries who believed in the power of collective action to transform lives. Over the years, we have expanded our reach, impacting countless individuals through our innovative programs and initiatives.

Our Founder
Meet Monica Singh Soares, the resilient and inspiring founder behind RUAS Community. Overcoming significant challenges, Monica’s journey spans over two decades of dedicated service to the community in various capacities. As a coach and mentor in her business, a University of Waterloo graduate, and a continuous learner with various leadership training and certificates, Monica embodies the spirit of continuous improvement.
Monica’s passion lies in community building and encouraging others to rise up and soar above challenges. Her commitment extends to serving as an elected official, believing deeply in giving back and actively contributing to the betterment of her community. With a heart for positive change and a vision for a more inclusive world, Monica Singh Soares leads RUAS Community with unwavering dedication.
